Terms of Service
These terms govern use of StreetEats customer, vendor, website, and community features.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your account secure, use the service lawfully, and be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, impersonate, harass, mislead, upload malicious content, or evade safety and moderation controls.
Marketplace information
StreetEats helps people discover independent food vendors; it is not the seller of their food. Location, hours, availability, prices, allergens, hygiene, and menu information can change. Check important details directly with the vendor. Users remain responsible for food-allergy, dietary, travel, and purchasing decisions.
Vendor responsibilities
Vendors must have authority to operate and publish the listing, provide truthful business and location information, maintain required licences and food-safety practices, respect customer rights, and keep menus, status, images, and promotions current. Verification or approval does not replace government licensing or inspection.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant StreetEats a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, process, display, and adapt that content only as needed to run, secure, promote, and improve the service. You must have rights to upload it. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these terms, law, safety, or community trust.
Availability and liability
We work to keep StreetEats accurate and available, but the service is provided as available and may change, pause, or contain errors. To the extent allowed by law, StreetEats is not liable for indirect or consequential loss or for a vendor's food, conduct, availability, or transaction. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Ending use and contact
You may stop using StreetEats or delete your account at any time. We may suspend access to protect users, comply with law, investigate abuse, or enforce these terms. Questions can be sent to streeteatsdeveloper@gmail.com.
